Built the site around before-and-afters.

The challenge
Fifteen years of work, 2,500+ cleaned projects, one of the most experienced stone cleaners in the Rhein-Main region, and a website that sold it like any other service business. Adjectives instead of evidence. No way to show what actually changes after a day on a customer's roof.

The process
Step 01
Before and after, in focus.
We re-shot every service from the truck on the road: roofs, facades, patios, terraces, pavers, resin grouting. Same composition before and after. No retouching. The entire site is built around the pairs, they do the selling the old copy couldn't.
Step 02
Built for trust, not trends.
German-first, mobile-first, fast-first. One page per service, hero video on the front, a phone number within a thumb's reach on every screen. No pop-ups, no cookie-gated gallery, no dark-pattern quote forms. The conversions we wanted were phone calls and inspection bookings, the site is designed for exactly that.
Step 03
A calculator that actually calculates.
The "Kostenlos berechnen" tool asks five questions and returns a real range, not a lead-gen form pretending to be a quote. Customers who request the inspection already know roughly what the work costs. Fewer wasted site visits, more closed jobs per visit.
Step 04
Launched in Frankfurt. Booked in a week.
Shipped bilingual-ready (German primary, English staged), with every service page self-contained so the site can grow city by city. In the first week after launch, inspection requests came in from Kronberg, Königstein, Offenbach, and Darmstadt, four of the service areas we built dedicated entry points for.
